This pair of hand carved rhinos make a hansome couple. Probably from the African continent and brought over to the UK sometime in the mid 20th century.
Carved in quite a naive style the artist has captured the strenght and musculature of the animals beautifully. The rich rich dark chocolate coloured hardwood has been enhanced with a light coat of teak oil to protect and nourish.
